Happy New Year to each of you.  The 80 meter QRP transmitter is working very well on the bench.  Would like to improve the final coil configuration before building and releasing the pilot run.  There are some changes in the design from the original 40 meter version, so the construction manual will be rewritten to reflect the changes. As always,  I enjoy the challenge of making improvements to the circuit while holding down or reducing the selling price. We shall soon see the results. 

The 80 meter receiver aluminum front panel prototype was received.  The production design has also arrived, and we will attach it to the front of the receiver for fit and finish. Then, hopefully, we can arrive at a cost for the panel and start manufacture of that final item.
